Method 1: Smarters App
Download "IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows" (Search on Google). Install the .exe. Open and login with Xtream Codes details.

Method 2: VLC Player
Install VLC Media Player. Open it. Go to Media > Open Network Stream.

Paste M3U
Paste the "M3U URL" provided in your email into VLC and press Play. Use Ctrl+L to see the playlist sidebar.
Setup Complete!
You should now see the channel list loading on your device.
