Orbit4K respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar international copyright laws.
Our Role
Orbit4K operates as a service provider that facilitates access to streaming content. We do not host, produce, or own the content available through our service. Content is sourced from third-party providers and broadcasters.
Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
- Description of where the allegedly infringing material is located
- Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake
- Your name, address, and phone number
- Consent to jurisdiction of federal court in your district
Repeat Infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating service to users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Good Faith
Please note that filing a false DMCA notice may result in legal liability. We encourage copyright holders to consider whether fair use or other exceptions apply before submitting a takedown request.
Response Time
We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours. Complex cases may require additional time for proper investigation.
